curious test
good as we all know we have access to patch of ukwsv
I have a suggestion
is possible open the file .exe and get access to the content?
we can download programs as reshacker or hexworkshop
is possible use any program for get access?
or maybe make a fake installer with the name ukwsv
for meet the requirements of the path

There are two type of .exe. If it is a Portable Executable, you can open with 7Zip, and extract its contents anywhere. Sadly you can not do this if it is MSI, or other non PE executables.

That is possible, but the registry editing is the harder method. You need to find the information-requirements of the installer, and then write a registry entry with those. It is easier if you have the original game. That contains the exact registry-data.
I downloaded the patch. Something is strange, because it is not MSI, and not PE. Sadly I'm not too experienced with the executables... sorry, I can not extract the files.

Re: curious test
I try to open it with a program called "universal extractor" but yes this have problems I think it's due to not having installed ukwsv
I'll try to find some programs to generate installers
maybe there is an option for success

Re: curious test
I tried every way I know to extract, but I was unable. The file itself is a standard .exe installer, even 7Zip can open. However 7Zip and Universal Extractor can not detect the files inside. Maybe it has no files.
Some updaters uses scrypt-descrypt methods to rewrite the existing files. I not even can force it to install somewhere. Maybe the original files are required.

Re: curious test
yes I'm agree with you this is encrypted and have security measures
it is more logical to attempt to install a fake ukwsv
for meet the requirements
