Need some help!

There are isn't that much total conversion mod made nowdays. However in China there are a modding community still pushing the mods. They released a new mod called Extreme vs Full Boost 3.0. It is downloadable however they uploaded it on pan.baidu.com. It is a Chinese fileshare website which requires registration to download larger files (such as this one). To register you need a Chinese phone number and this is the real problem.

Could someone help?

on akatsuki team(facebook group) they post a link with this mod

But that dosn't help us non-chinese people to download it. I asked an alternative link but no one replied to it.
